1. What a report is — and is not

A Professional Valuation Report is an automated market analysis that estimates the retail value of a specific recreational vehicle from published J.D. Power (formerly NADA) values, live comparable retail listings, and the adjustments stated in the report. It is an ESTIMATE. It is not an appraisal, is not prepared under USPAP or any appraisal standard, is not prepared by a licensed appraiser, and involves no physical inspection, title or lien search, VIN history, or damage assessment.

Comparable listings are asking prices, not sale prices. Figures are for the as-of date and market read stated in the report and for no other date. J.D. Power values are third-party figures; Get My RV Worth is independent of, and not affiliated with, J.D. Power / NADA, any dealer, any insurer, any lender, and the parties to any claim, loan or sale.

2. Your information

Every figure depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information your organization supplies (identity, condition, mileage, options, location). You are responsible for it. We never send your organization's name, your reference numbers, or the names of individuals to any model or third party as part of the analysis.

3. Permitted use

Your organization may use reports internally, in claim files, workout and charge-off files, remarketing decisions, communications with policyholders, borrowers and counterparties, and in disputes or proceedings — always with the report's methodology, limitations, and estimate status intact and unedited. Reports may not be resold, republished, or presented as an appraisal or as a statement of a guaranteed or actual value.

We make no representation about the admissibility of a report or the weight any tribunal will give it. Where the matter requires a physical inspection or a licensed appraisal, obtain one.

4. Accounts and security

Organization accounts are for the organization's own personnel. Owners and managers control membership; each user keeps their credentials confidential and is responsible for activity under them. We record who created, viewed and printed each report, with time and network address, and make that log available to your organization. Reports are retained for at least seven years unless you ask us to delete them.

5. Fees

Single reports are charged per case at the price shown before the report runs. Monthly plans include the stated number of reports per billing period for the whole organization; additional cases are charged at the stated per-case price; plans renew monthly until cancelled and may be cancelled at any time for the next period. A report whose run fails is not charged; a completed report is not refundable because you disagree with the figures.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

Reports are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get My RV Worth disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for any decision, settlement, loss, deficiency, or claim made or incurred in reliance on a report. Our total liability for any report or plan is limited to the fees paid for that report or for the plan period in which the claim arose.

7. Indemnity

Your organization will indemnify Get My RV Worth against third-party claims arising from your use of a report other than as permitted here, or from information you supplied being inaccurate or incomplete.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to everything not covered here. We may update these terms; the version accepted by your organization is recorded at signup and the current version is always published at getmyrvworth.com/pro/terms.
