For insurance carriers, adjusters and TPAs
RV value at the date of loss — sourced, dated, documented.
A Professional Valuation Report gives your adjuster the retail replacement value of the exact unit as of the loss date: published J.D. Power book for the cycle in effect, live comparable listings with every source linked, the condition and mileage adjustments applied line by line, and a methodology and limitations section written for the file.
One report $149 · Monthly plans from $499 for 10 reports · Every figure an estimate, every source linked.
J.D. Power is built from MSRP depreciation tables; marketplace screenshots are cherry-picked asks. Neither is a defensible ACV on its own.
A Professional Valuation Report is ready in minutes, dated, and priced for the file — not for the courtroom budget.
Report IDs, an as-of date, cited sources, and an access log for who opened the report and when.
What's in a Professional Valuation Report
- Retail replacement value — suggested retail after the stated adjustments.
- Quick-sale value — the sell-fast price after adjustments; a floor, not wholesale.
- Market range — sell-fast / suggested / strong-ask from normalized comparables.
- J.D. Power book for the valuation cycle in effect on the as-of date, when held.
- Every comparable linked to its source page, normalized to year and trim, outliers screened.
- Adjustments line by line — condition, mileage, season — from a published table.
- Unit as supplied — identity, condition, mileage, options, location, your reference.
- Methodology, limitations and reliance written for the file.
- Certification with Report ID, as-of date, prepared date and independence statement.
- Access log — who in your organization opened or printed it, and when.
Built for

Secure organization accounts
Your organization gets its own account with owners, managers and members. Work email verification is required before a report runs, two-factor sign-in is available for every user, all data is isolated per organization at the database level, and every report stays retrievable by your team at any time with a permanent Report ID.
Reports are retained for at least seven years. Nothing your team enters is used to train models or shared with dealers, sellers or any other customer. Ask us for a W-9, an NDA, or invoice billing on annual commitments.

Questions carriers and lenders ask
Can we use the report in a dispute or proceeding?
Yes, subject to the Professional Terms. The report states its methodology, sources, as-of date and limitations, and it is clear that it is an estimate prepared without inspection — the honest posture a file needs. We make no representation about admissibility or weight; where the matter requires a licensed appraisal or inspection, obtain one.
How do you value as of a past date?
The J.D. Power cycle value in effect on the as-of date is reported when we hold it; comparables are read on the report date and labelled as such, with the as-of date stated. Season and market movement are disclosed in the limitations.
Do you provide wholesale, auction or salvage values?
No. Retail replacement and quick-sale values only, from retail evidence. Salvage and auction figures come from your salvage partner.
Our posture, in plain words
- Age, depreciation, condition, maintenance, brand, mileage, and RV type all move a price and are not fully accounted for in these calculations.
- J.D. Power (formerly NADA) is the most widely used RV valuation guide. There is no Kelley Blue Book for RVs. This app does not work on custom or homemade builds, and for some units it may not be able to blend J.D. Power values with current comparable listings.
- Current listings reflect asking prices, not sale prices. Like homes, sellers don't always get list price — buyers make offers. Season matters too.
- A private sale, a dealer cash offer, an insurance valuation, and a bank valuation after repossession can all differ. Trade-in values can only be set by a dealership; each has its own formula.
