Our tools run inside your own ChatGPT (OpenAI) account. Any prompts, RV details, or conversations you enter while using the tools occur on OpenAI's platform and are subject to OpenAI's privacy policy and terms. We do not receive, store, or have access to your ChatGPT conversations.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and deliver the Services you request or purchase, including your tool access link(s)

• With your opt-in consent, forward your details to a vetted dealer partner so they can contact you (see Section 3)

Customers and Free Users

Dealer Referral (Opt-In Only)

If you affirmatively opt in to dealer help, we share your name, contact information, and RV details with one or more vetted third-party dealer partners so they can contact you about consignment, a trade-in, or a cash offer. This sharing happens only with your express opt-in consent. We are not a party to any resulting communication or transaction. You may withdraw at any time by emailing support@getmyrvworth.com.

Service Providers

We share information with third-party providers who perform services on our behalf, including:

• Payment processing (Stripe, Inc.)
• Website hosting (Vercel) and analytics
• Email delivery and customer communication tools
• Spreadsheet storage and email (Google Workspace / Google Sheets)
• Workflow automation (n8n)
• AI tooling (OpenAI / ChatGPT), which hosts the assistants you access
