These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of getmyrvworth.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Get My RV Worth LLC ("Get My RV Worth," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of Our Service

Get My RV Worth LLC is an independent marketing service. We are not a broker, dealer, sales agent, or licensed real estate or vehicle agent. Specifically:

• We do not post listings on any third-party platform on your behalf.
• We do not take buyer calls, inquiries, or messages.
• We do not negotiate price.
• We do not arrange, broker, or facilitate sales.
• We do not take a commission on any sale.
• We do not handle title transfer, payment, or delivery.
• We do not represent you to dealers or buyers.
• We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. For questions related to title, paperwork, taxes, or legal compliance, you should consult your state DMV and/or a qualified attorney.

What We Provide

We provide a digital marketing package (the "Full Package") that includes a three-price valuation report, custom ad copy, posting instructions, and supporting guides. We also provide a free RV listing service through the Site. The specific contents of these services may evolve over time.

Valuation Disclaimer

Valuation reports are estimates based on available market data at the time of preparation. They are not appraisals. Get My RV Worth LLC does not guarantee any specific sale price, sale timeline, buyer interest, or any outcome. Market conditions change. Comparable listings may not reflect actual sale prices. Sellers are solely responsible for setting their asking price and accepting any offer.

Get My RV Worth LLC is not liable for any actual or perceived loss in value, missed sale, accepted offer below expectations, or any other financial outcome related to the sale of your RV.

Customer Responsibilities

As the seller, you are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of all information you provide about your RV
• Posting your own listings on third-party platforms
• All buyer communications, screening, and negotiations
• Title transfer, paperwork, and compliance with your state DMV
• Tax obligations related to the sale
• Receiving payment and delivering the RV
• Compliance with all applicable laws and platform-specific terms of service (e.g., RV Trader, eBay Motors, Facebook Marketplace, KSL, Craigslist, etc.)

Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed via Stripe. The Full Package is a flat fee paid up front. Because the package is digital and delivered shortly after intake, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email support@getmyrvworth.com within 7 days of delivery.

Third-party platform listing fees (RV Trader, RVT, eBay Motors, etc.) are paid directly by you to those platforms and are not refundable through us.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the Full Package deliverables, ad copy templates, guides, and report formats, is the property of Get My RV Worth LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the purpose of selling the specific RV identified at purchase. You may not resell, sublicense, or repurpose the content for other RVs or other parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get My RV Worth LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get My RV Worth LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your sale of any RV, or your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
