PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS ON OUR LIABILITY, A WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL CLAIMS, AND A REQUIREMENT THAT DISPUTES BE RESOLVED IN UTAH COURTS.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of getmyrvworth.com (the “Site”) and any services, products, content, or features provided by Get My RV Worth LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Get My RV Worth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Site or using or purchasing any of our Services, you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Nature of Our Service

Get My RV Worth LLC is an independent marketing service. We are not a broker, dealer, sales agent, auction house, or licensed motor vehicle dealer or salesperson. We are not affiliated with any RV dealership, manufacturer, brokerage, or sales platform. We provide AI-powered software tools that run inside your own ChatGPT (OpenAI) account; we are not OpenAI and do not operate or control the ChatGPT service.

Specifically, we do not:

For legal questions, title transfer, paperwork compliance, tax obligations, or any matter outside our marketing service, you should consult your state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and/or a qualified attorney, accountant, or licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

Both tools run inside your own ChatGPT account. A free ChatGPT account works; outputs may be more accurate with a paid ChatGPT subscription. We do not provide the ChatGPT service itself. We no longer offer the prior “Full Package” or a free public RV listing service. The specific contents, format, and structure of any Service may change over time at our sole discretion.

3. Third-Party AI (OpenAI / ChatGPT)

Our tools are delivered as custom GPTs that operate on OpenAI's ChatGPT platform. To use them you need your own ChatGPT account, and your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's terms and privacy policy, not ours. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the ChatGPT platform, its availability, pricing, or the specific outputs it generates. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it.

4. Valuation and Pricing Disclaimer

THE VALUATION ESTIMATES, PRICE RANGES, AND COMPARABLE LISTINGS PROVIDED THROUGH OUR TOOLS ARE AI-GENERATED ESTIMATES BASED ON AVAILABLE MARKET DATA AT THE TIME OF GENERATION. THEY ARE NOT APPRAISALS, GUARANTEES, OR PROMISES OF ANY KIND.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT GET MY RV WORTH LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACTUAL OR PERCEIVED LOSS IN VALUE, MISSED SALE, ACCEPTED OFFER BELOW EXPECTATIONS, FAILURE TO SELL, OPPORTUNITY COST, OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL OUTCOME RELATED TO THE SALE OR ATTEMPTED SALE OF YOUR RV.

5. Customer Due Diligence and Responsibilities

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on all aspects of selling your RV, including but not limited to:

We are not your agent, advisor, or representative in any transaction. You are solely responsible for verifying any information, advice, or guidance and for making all decisions related to the sale of your RV.

6. Dealer Referral (Opt-In Only)

If you choose to opt in and request dealer help, you expressly authorize us to share your name, contact information, and RV details with one or more vetted third-party dealer partners so they may contact you about consignment, a trade-in, or a cash offer. This sharing occurs only with your affirmative opt-in consent.

We are not a dealer and are not a party to any resulting communication, offer, agreement, or transaction between you and a dealer partner. We do not guarantee any offer, price, response, or outcome, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any dealer partner. You may decline at any time, and after opting in you may withdraw by emailing us at the address in Section 18.

7. Waiver of Claims and Release

By using or purchasing our Services, you knowingly and voluntarily release, waive, and forever discharge Get My RV Worth LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to:

Nothing on the Site or in the Services constitutes legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice. The information, templates, guides, AI outputs, and content we provide are for general informational and marketing purposes only and are not substitutes for professional advice from a licensed attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or other qualified professional. You should consult appropriate licensed professionals for advice specific to your situation.

9. Payment, Fees, and Refunds

The RV Seller Expert is provided free of charge in exchange for your name and email. The RV Valuation Tool is purchased for a one-time fee paid in advance and processed through Stripe, Inc., which provides lifetime access for your personal use, subject to these Terms and continued availability. By submitting payment, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for the amount specified at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

Refund Policy: Because the Valuation Tool is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a refund, email support@getmyrvworth.com within seven (7) days of purchase. We are not obligated to issue a refund after that period.

Any ChatGPT subscription you choose to purchase is billed by OpenAI, not by us, and is not refundable through us. Third-party platform listing fees are paid directly by you to those platforms and are not refundable through us.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within the Services — including custom GPT configurations, prompts and instructions, valuation report formats, ad copy templates, guides, checklists, branding, logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Get My RV Worth LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon obtaining access, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the tools and the guide solely to market and sell your own RV(s). You may not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or post your access links, the GPTs, the guide, or other content, and you may not use them for any commercial purpose or on behalf of others. Sharing access links with anyone who has not obtained access through us is prohibited.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GET MY RV WORTH LLC OR ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not warrant that any information or AI output provided through the Services is accurate, complete, current, or reliable; that the Site or tools will be available at any particular time; or that defects or errors will be corrected.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Get My RV Worth LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services; your sale or attempted sale of any RV; your interactions with buyers, dealers, dealer partners, third-party platforms, or any other person; your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; your violation of any third party's rights; or the accuracy or truthfulness of any information you provide.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue. You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections 4, 6, 7, 10, 12, 13, 14, and 15 survive termination.

18. Severability; Entire Agreement; Contact

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so the remaining Terms stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Get My RV Worth LLC regarding the Site and Services and supersede all prior communications.
